Pte Ltd's ("AI Gaming Co," "we," "us," "or," or "our") games, applications, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use the Service. If you are not, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy.
Accessing the Service
Subject to your agreement to these Terms, AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2.1. Account Restrictions
You may not:
Purchase, sell, rent, or give away your account.
Create an account with false information.
Advertise, or spam other users.
2.2. Login Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3. Globalands ID
Your Globalands ID allows you to safeguard your account and play Globalands across your devices. You cannot disconnect Globalands ID from your game account once linked.
2.4. Use Limitations
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit, use unauthorized software, or modify the Service.
Disrupt the normal flow of the Service or negatively affect other users' experiences.
Disrupt, overburden, or attack the Service's servers.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
Post abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including employees.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Collect or post other users' personal information.
Use the Service for gambling or similar activities.
Violate any export controls, anti-money laundering rules, or sanctions.
We reserve the right to take legal action against violations of any of the above, including account termination.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the Service for violating these Terms. Termination may result in the loss of virtual items and benefits associated with your account. You may also terminate your account by following the process on our support page.
Ownership
AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including games, content, and intellectual property. You have no ownership or property interest in your account or virtual items.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). We assume no responsibility for monitoring the Service for inappropriate content. We reserve the right to review, monitor, edit, delete, or disable access to User Content at any time.
5.1. Public Communication
The Service may include forums and chat features where you can post User Content. We cannot guarantee that others will not use your ideas or information.
5.2. Responsibility for Your Content
You are solely responsible for the information you post on the Service. We may reject or remove User Content that violates these Terms.
5.3. User License
By using the service, you agree to grant AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and exploit your User Content in connection with the Service. You also agree to grant AI Gaming Co. the right to authorize others to exercise these rights.
5.4. User Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in disputes. Should you become engaged in a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors…) from claims, demands, damages of every kind, known and unknown arising out of our in anyway connected with such disputes
Fees and Purchase Terms
6.1. Virtual Items
You may purchase virtual items using real-world money. Virtual items are for use within AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd games and cannot be refunded. AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd may manage, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.
6.2. Payment of Fees
You agree to pay all fees incurred by you or anyone using your account. AI Gaming Co. Pte Ltd may revise pricing for virtual items at any time.
